It just makes sense. Cocrystal would bring instant credibility due to their pedigree scientist with Stanford University backgrounds and Nobel Prize winner!! Maza would have his Chief Scientist to move the combined company drugs forward in clinical trials and deal with the FDA. Talk about an acquisition target by major pharmas. If that happens and OX1 goes to Phase 2, the combined company is gone by 2nd qtr 2015. No need to hire a scientist anymore.
