Pennies apply to anything under 5 bucks I think I read yesterday, and can put the full rules up if anyone wants them, but mostly anything under a buck.. the brokers have basically no buy sell rules, and anything under a penny or so they have no rules at all and can sell manually above or below the posted bid ask, and only have to put their quote in Once a day. that's crazy. We Retail...or I as a retail investor, thought the rules had changed to require some control, and I was wrong about the computerized trading. This is being done from some (Crooked Broker) according to the rules that were put in to prevent this in feb and apr. this year, and dec of last year. It is ashamed that SEC employees trade inside information so that is why I say...go to the attorney general of that state, and even the comptroller of the currency. forget the RULES...They don't apply to wallstreet when it comes to the fairness and honesty to retail. thanks imo
