Since Gordon Mackay and Bruce Pollock have gone silent, I bet Jason Watson of Inrefco has the terms and conditions of what this "irrevocable" funding agreement actually was with Green Energy Solution Industries, Inc (GESI).

As press releases, as well as verbiage of the PPM stated, this raise of $200k was for collateral that was to remain in escrow.
