I'm frustrated just like you and others may be. Frank used the word "expects" this time. Good for him as WNTR shareholders were and still are disappointed about missing that date, BUT ANY REASONABLE person can understand the dynamics of conducting business and dealing with regulatory agencies AND THE DELAYS THAT COME WITH IT.
YES, there are deals that we deserve an update on. I want to know. Hey, if if if those deals are dead now would be the time to tell us because the share price stinks if your done buying. If your still buying its a fantastic opportunity.

About I-Texts: I think it's going to be a monster cash machine. They have great technology and low low overhead. And a business model that benefits all parties.
I think they will be cash heavy very soon and PAYING CASH DIVIDENDS. The only way to get them cheap right now is to buy WNTR.
