What you're saying *could* exist as a possibility but don't discredit the fact that Frank and the boys are also HUGE shareholders of HISC. (They probably have more shares here than everybody on this board, TOGETHER. That's a pretty vested interest to not screw themselves.)
If I isolate one of your posts ("Frank and the boys will make out like gangbusters and the HISC holders will get screwed") then they would be screwing themselves. And that would be like that cell phone company's CEO in the commercial who is screwing the man (himself).
Anyway, I just don't see that here.
