Woodrow, last word from company was 8/25/05: "Based on the advice of its legal counsel, NMC, Inc. has entered into a self-imposed silent period until the anticipated filing of a Registration Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Prerequisite to the preparation of that Registration
Statement are audited financial statements, and during this interim period, the Company is cooperating with an independent auditing firm toward the completion of an audit."
Prior to that, in March, 2005, NMC has had assays and assay procedure and independent assay reports of their ore and dore' bars on their website. In 2005 NMC also has had for a period of time unaudited financial reports for 1999-2004 available. NMC also filed a market information form 15c2-11 in February 2005, reiterating their valuation of the Skull Valley ore sale at $500,000,000.00
There is a recent rumor, that NMC has been producing valuable end-product in their Prescott facilities which supports their mill and plant in the Skull Valley Mine. I think their facility has a well equipped laboratory. I do not have knowledge of a refiner or smelting facility. Rumor goes on to say that NMC has refined intermediary product resulting in a valuable end-product. Rumor continues with information that the California mine (Silver Valley) is supplying concentrated ore to their processing plant as well.
