Maybe its not about the money, but the split?

Does JB want 50-50?
Would he accept 60-40?
Maybe all that is offered is 80-20 or 70-30?

Some of you are looking at this wrong. The fact that a quick JV deal has not been accepted shows you exactly how much confidence JB, the BOD, advisors, etc have in the potential of this property.

A measely 5 or 10 % on a deal is ALOT of money when talking 10s or 100 billion dollars...
