Pivotal Self-Service Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: PVSS) announced today that Prime Battery Products, a wholly owned subsidiary of PVSS, and Collectible Concepts Group (CCGI) have established and created MightyVolt(TM).
MightyVolt(TM) is a joint venture that was developed by the two companies for the purpose of engaging in the business of marketing batteries and related products that include the display of licensed logos, images, and brand names. The batteries being used for the joint venture are fully tested and compare very favorably with well-known brands.
Through exclusive licensing agreements MightyVolt(TM) will use this cross brand association to leverage battery market share. John Simmonds, Chairman of Pivotal self-Service Technologies explained 'MightyVolt(TM) was created to capitalize on the recognition associated with the licenses and will be timed for release during the height of the license's popularity.'Mr. Simmonds also added, 'that we hope that the products will stand out and be seen as valuable collectibles.'
