Since June 30 NNVC has stated that Ebola efforts would not impact the Flucide tox start date.

It's a pretty well known fact that earlier this year the plant was experiencing unexpected delays in the delivery of specialized equipment.

I initially read the 10Q as if it encompassed a more recent period of time. After learning of the June 30 end date I re-read the portions that were troubling me.
