"Unless they see him coming from a point of weakness, thus putting the proverbial ball predominantly in their court. "

its a bank...they make money by loaning money...if they dont loan money, they dont make money...
what they wont do is loan money without some some sort of reasonable expectation of being paid back...with interest...

imo, therein lies the problem for kblb...despite shareholders belief that ms is the holy grail, that success is all but assured, kim was unable to convince the bank that he was a worthy risk...or at least the bank considered them such a high risk that the loan was too costly for kim...

imo, there is nothing to revisit with that bank...nor has kim apparently been able to obtain financing from anyone else...which makes one wonder how that could be possible?...the holy grail, a new fiber that will take over an entire industry and make billions...but kim cant get a loan that he has needed for years?...

i found it odd that sial, after examining kblb for months, declined to do anything besides sell them zf...

i find it odd that WM has thus far declined to do anything with kblb other than test the fiber and see if anything can be done with it...if i was WM and i thought kblb had the holy grail of fibers, i would be doing a whole lot more than that...

and i suspect they will...when they are convinced that ms is all that it is said to be and it is clear that it can be massed produced with consistency at an acceptable cost...

i realize current shareholders think kblb is already there...but judging from the lack of funding, the lack of assistance from those who should know the truth and the share price, it appears that all is not as it some want to believe...
