Wrong translation.

I'm Hispanic and Google translates translation of @muddlaw original quote is incorrect.

Original quote:
Yo entiendo que la jueza Laureana Pérez vaya a fallar a favor del gobierno. El que pierda, acudirá al Apelativo

@muddlaw is actually saying that he understands the judge will rule AGAINST the goverment. The word "fallar" means to miss or fail. Basically meaning he thinks the verdict will fail the goverment. I have actually exchanged emails with @muddlaw and he has expressed his opinion that Doral will win and PR will appeal.
