He's been doing that for years... it has no meaning... he reports no without regard to it because if he reports yes then he has to tell what (and what is meaningful to one person is not meaningful to another)... and if he reports what has changed then why didn't the 10k get released... on and on (guessing as to what is 'Guest') ...
