@Nanopatent - What page of the 10-K did the quote you used below come from? How do you think it squares with the other quotes from the 10-K I have reprinted below?


Nanopatent quote from the 10-K? (It bothers me because of previous statements by Dr. Seymour that Ebolacide would NOT delay Flucide.)

We anticipate that due to the high priority for our work on Ebola related to the current epidemic, our FluCide project plan may be delayed by an additional 6 to 9 months.

We anticipate the initial safety/toxicology studies to begin very soon.

From page 16 of the 10-K...

While we have made significant progress in this scale up program at our current facility, certain key equipment pieces that we need are still on back order at present with certain vendors. After these equipment pieces arrive, we will need to set them up, validate them and then use them for the operations they are intended for. This continues to be an item causing delays in our goal of making sufficient quantities of FluCide for the tox package study and it is outside of the Company’s control.
