I hope you are right. The reason that they could not patent anatabine citrate was because it was considered a food supplement. All food supplements are by definition "natural substances". That's why RCPI has been pursuing patents on uses and ways to formulate the substance. If you are right then RCPI can patent anatabine citrate as a drug. That's good news!
