Something for over the weekend. In the past several days or so, a friend tried to get his Broker to buy him some Spooz shares. The Broker refused. So he now has his own trading account with his newly purchased SPZI shares. A mutual friend/investor e-mailed Spooz to find out why a broker might refuse~!!! And as you will see, the MM's are controlling much of what is going on...IMO!

Hi

Yes, SpoozToolz has been labeled a disruptive technology among professional traders. The reason is that it is not tied to one single brokerage. A trader can use SpoozToolz with any broker on our list and we are connecting to more each week. Your brokers are in denial that this could happen. This is not an uncommon response in the industry. Some brokerages are smart enough to embrace new technology and use it for their gain, others say it will never work and then hope it goes away. This was the same attitude as open outcry pit traders who said electronic trading would never work.

As for the software doing what we say it does, It’s doing it now. If they took time to download it and try it out they would know this.

I can open SpoozToolz in Excel with an Interactive Brokers account and trade stock, stock options, futures, options on futures, and so on, right form my Excel trading screen template (workbook). I can then go to my SpoozToolz account at www.spooztoolz.com and change my subscription of SpoozToolz to work with my Red Sky Financial brokerage account and use the same template to trade through that brokerage. Nobody else offers this flexibility at this price.

Something that a lot of people have missed is that the eCommerce infrastructure is capable of handling hundreds of 3rd party developers who can submit trading templates and trading systems to Spooz for addition in the SpoozToolz catalog of products. The eCommerce website can also handle hundreds of VAR’s (value added resellers) providing us with hundreds of sales outlets. Obviously this will not happen over night but it will catch the market growth wave of more and more active traders using automated trading systems.
Nobody else offers this period.

Thank you,

Darryl Dennis

The secret to profitable investing is to buy into well-run companies at the beginning of their earnings growth cycle—before Wall Street takes notice and bids up the stock price.
