Lions, the firm fired DECN. Two accounting firms merged in an effort to create an economy of scale and to increase billing revenue.

The firm didn't want DECN as a client, so DECN was fired. Left at the curb.

Upon further review, DECN has "worked with" eight different firms now in the last eight years.

You know things are bad when the firms start dumping the clients.

Oh well.
