Yup, I'm here in Syracuse and governor Cuomo is all for cbd's for medical use. He agreed on its use here in some hospitals and understands it's benefits. He stated a while back when he decided to override he only wants marijuana in the state as long as it's not in plant form. It seems as of late he's starting to ease up things and is open to possibly allowing marijuana in the state in its natural form. Ny is on the up and up and many here are coming around to it.
