You are directly saying the CEO of Marani is lying, that has to be illegal without proof of the lie!! At least someone should delete your comment since you haven't provided proof of anything

Read the last 2009 K. She said product was on its way to India. That was untrue. She has said the same thing about Brazil yet there is no record of any shipment. It takes one day to get to port. Why hasn't it shipped? The propensity to lie is proven. If it ships in the next day or two, great. Maybe she hanged her ways. But no BOL, insurance, commercial invoice and ship manifest and it's just a lie. That's all the proof that's needed.
