My proposal - let the EbolaCide testing and test results speak for themselves! When USAMRIID/NIH have proven the efficacy and capability of EbolaCide, no one can dispute their findings particularly their own government. When things go to plan - EbolaCide2 will sell itself.

Where has this wonder drug been all along, they will say. But that it is finally here is the important thing - here's a blank check!
