GroPro…PATENT??...the REAL numbers……read on

per INCC 9/24 PR…….GroPro WILL BE STARTING the Intellectual Patent APPLICATION process in the next few weeks……..[bTIME ]ESTIMATE 3-5 weeks to submit……..IF APPLICATION is PROPER and ACCEPTED, the application is filed as "Patent Pending" TIME ESTIMATE for ACCEPTANCE, 2-5 months

next step is the "prosecution" phase…….the USPTO will investigate the application, make determinations as to originality of design or function, referencing current patents and previous submitted similar uses…"PRIOR ART" review is what this phase is commonly referred to…...also pay fees at this point--minimal………TIME ESTIMATE on phase ( Varies greatly )……..3 months to 2 years………. IF FAST TRACKED

next step(s) if approved through prosecution phase…..USPTO determines the ALLOWANCE and ISSUANCE criteria for managing and maintaining the patent………MORE fees and procedures, but mostly routine……PATENT IS APPROVED< REGISTERED and PROTECTED

SO, until ALL the above occurs…….no REVENUES can be secured to a PATENT……after the "Patent Pending" notification, if the application is deemed "similar to" or "not differing from prior art"…….the PATENT APPLICATION is declined………sometimes AFTER YEARS of waiting……

"NOT PATENTABLE" means no revenue "PREMIUM" due to the design

if the GroPro system has merit…...……..its production/manufacturing costs have got to be in the $250K range…………IMO, I cant imagine ANY product that would demand a $M monthly fee for anything less……….. INCC is claiming several system USERS are considering GroPro

where is the manufacturing MONEY??????
