1- how interested the investors are

2- how many are discussing offers

3- are any of the offers for more than one of our claims

4- Naru Capital would not continue to work "LBSR" with other possible investors if LBSR did not offer a great potential/risk/reward. If LBSR was a shame, "Naru Capital" could not afford the Bad press for promoting it!

5- With nearly all the "pre drill work" accomplished, drilling is the final move to "prove". LBSR is THAT CLOSE!
