If, as I suppose, LBSR is holding claims and geology on what may be a major commercial mineral deposit, it seems reasonable that finding and concluding the right deal would not be a simple or quick matter. It also makes sense that presenting the deal to the widest possible qualified audience would be a good thing.

With all do respect leif, and I mean this as a general statement, but that is a bunch of crap. Technology is light years ahead of Briscoe. I bet that a majority of the land in Arizona is commercially viable, hell I bet a majority of the land in the United States is commercially viable for one resource or another, technology has proven as much. Of course a little sarcasm on the U.S. but you get the idea. This is a joke, period and has been getting more funny as time goes on. There has been millions of dollars and wasted resources over the years here to prove something. Nothing more than a one trick pony and that trick was spent long ago. Believing in the science and technology is one thing, believing that a fool who keeps doing the same thing over expecting a different result is pure insanity, and that goes for anyone swallowing the garbage too.
