Please a little help. Over this past weekend I spent numerous hours doing DD on this stock and have two lingering questions.

I have the share structure as:

As 2000000000 reduced to 1000000000
OS 343,536,386
Float NA 158 mil per Yahoo, 90 mil VPOR poster, and from another poster 175 mil

Question 1 Does anyone have the actual share structure?


The other issue has to do with Hanover and other debt financing the company issued restricted shares, notes etc for money.

Question 2 How much was paid off to Hanover and are there other debt holders out there and when do their notes/restricted shares come due?
