Again guys below is from TSA's own presentation. They are saying that they will have 560 ETD acquisitions in September! How come it is too late, they don't have any money speculations come out? A few weeks ago, the same conversation was around whether the TSAorder was baked in the share price of 1.20s then. Even without the TSA order, we have seen 1.80s. Let's see where the SP will be when the IDIQ and order are announced.
