Yep, here is a question...Since the shareholders have never been given any right to vote regarding everything that has happened these past few wks/months, and given that indeed Fan has bought out Frank's converted preferred shares/interest in TMM. So if a R/S does happen with out an audit, will Fan and comp's newly aquired 53% preferred shares be immune to the R/S as they typically are?
