Last time I saw price action like this was Amgen's 1.2 billion buyout of Micromet. From Dec. 2011 it went from ~$6.00 to just over $8 in one month then lunge up 30% to about the $11.00 buyout price upon announcement. I just got in just under 6 and it seemingly just kept going up from the moment I bought it. I had no idea of the buyout was coming but in retrospect for a month a lot of people did know. Nothing makes being an idiot more tolerable than money.

I don't believe this is happening here at all but it looks and feels the same.
