With Holder gone and possible shift in the way the federal govt views MJ over the next few years heading into 2016 election, we could see various MJ stocks become buyout targets for much bigger companies flush with cheap cash. The high market caps are only an issue if the dilution keeps occurring, if that dilution is abated and the market can absorb any share selling.
