are you worried about this thing being massively shorted to trigger those convertable shares with each 25% loss? I hope im reading that right. Every 25% decrease resulting in more dilution, only to bring down pps further. Looks like a shorters dream to me. thats what i worry about. so am i seeing this right? O/S is gonna be 5.8 billion when this is approved, or is it 5.8 bill right now.
