What regulatory body enforces that "restriction"?
There is none. Pink sheets have no regulations regarding restricted shares. Retail buyers like you are buying them and the insiders are selling below 0.0001 making a killing on your buys. That's the game and most everyone knows it. Apparently, some do not!
