Smiths can go through MUCH faster than IMSC. TSA is familiar with them, they have built years worth of connections/friendships etc plus are a billion + dollar market cap company with little chance of 'going under'. If you think it's gonna take them the same time as IMSC? Folks will be kidd'n themselves.
