If you have been paying any attention at all to BLTA over the last couple of weeks, we are currently waiting to hear about the entrance into Phase III over the next couple of weeks.....before the 10/10/14 shareholder's meeting.

If your plan is to dump if Baltia doesn't get its certificate by 10/1/14 - then why wait? Dump now.....because CERTIFICATE by 10/1/14 is a 100% impossibility at this time................
