YUM! No picture to show back, but a staple around here a couple times a week is Asparagus, oven roasted (no grill needed) with a mix of sliced mushrooms (white or baby bellos), red (or white) onions, and artichoke hearts, all with a simple olive oil drizzle and a sprinkling of sea salt...no need for herbs.

Great with Salmon, but still even holds up to steak. Try to find the frozen hearts. They're a little softer, more moist from freezing, and don't get woody from the dry heat...
