...along with 2 dudes from venable llp....................in the UWBI BK...........................???????....................

...cool..............but what is the purpose and where the F/ is our money........????..........I did recall in the legal file that the OTS gave special dividend waivers in mid-2010 to UWB for JPM - over-rode the C & D.............and the claimants responses to HARVEY'S POR included a strange rant by JPM about demanding uwbk common stock - - in lieu of FULL PAYMENT...........?????..................

...so who cares and what is the impact on UWBKQ......?????.......none - - all 20-million shares in the VC FLOAT don't move..........Snider's 2MM shares are fluctuating WILDLY, however.................

...when will this NIGHTMARE end.......?????......if EVER........
