Well, KJG they exercised a lot shares before the Abbott deal a year ago. That however did not mean that the sold them. In fact they sold none. They probably would have if the price had risen more, but that is a different story. They did sell a few shares during the 2004 spike, but the numbers were minimal and understandible given the huge rise, but that does not make it a pump and dumb scheme as you try to imply. And you would know that if you had checked the number of shares outstanding over the years, as the dilution has been minimal. You ARE posting misleading info.
