All i find about Clay Cooley is that he's CEO of AppSwarm

Nothing negative about him and no indication that the company is a scam. Also no indication that he's involved with EFFI except maybe as a shareholder. On Oct 28, 2013 he posted on Facebook: OTC stock pick "EFFI HUGE ACQUISITION! + MORE BIG NEWS EXPECTED!!" So he probably owns some shares, or did. So what?
