I think best buy would be the best option. Have big show rooms where they do now and local shops in order to buy and sell smaller electronics / fix / replace / and give people service plans. Instead of going to all the carriers individual stores you can just go to best buy. The carriers then could get rid of their brick n mortar stores save money and let best buy handle their cell phone - tablet - and warranty plans.
