I know I've already provided more than enough proof that these claims are a joke, but I'll keep going

Ownership history of Ultraflix.com shows that the domain was previously registered with a company named Directnic, which is the CURRENT company the domain Duckyporn.com is registered with. Further more, the previous nameservers also match the same ones as Duckyporn.com

NOW the domain is registered with GoDaddy and is using the same DNS servers as Nanotech's main sites.

NTEK understands the value of having a PREMIUM DOMAIN NAME. Domains are literally digital real estate and NTEK already has a history of purchasing valuable names. For example, they purchased NTEK.com a while back, and no one made a fuss about that. If you look up the history on that name, you can see the EXACT same pattern.

You can also see that the CREATION date DID NOT change when transferred to Nanotech as you also tried to claim.
