That link is 8 months old. Honestly, the neighbors brought up some excellent concerns and they need to be addressed which I believe they want to do at the open house. I personally think these concerns should be addressed at a town meeting where there is more structure and control. If the town allows that sort of thing. Cen should try to get people who are involved with other facilities to also answer questions. It has more weight when it comes from an unbiased third party.
