I bet some people can remember COIN before the atrain ran. Read the filings! I remember 2011, when this stock came off of the Nasdaq. I was here, I bought my first position at .0098. I missed the low of .008. I took profit. I called Barry right after the filings and asked to speak to Mark Dyne or Kevin Bermeister. Barry denied any knowledge of either men. I said, you might want to check the most recent SEC filings and hung up. It was less than FIVE minutes before Barclay's Bank called me back from NYC. I didn't pick up. I didn't need to. I had 1.5 mm shares back on the run from .008 to .3699. My mother in law had another 1.5 mil. I have dug a little bit further this time. I am kind of curious as to how someone could create a new entity in April of 2012 and still get credited for being a creditor pre BK. I challenge 469 Holdings, LLC. Created in the state of NY (4/25/2012). Sure, it's just a silly ole 5.67% of the ATRN. No worries, I am certain we can make sense of all this.
