Canwealth Minerals Corporation is a gold and precious metal mining company has registered claims with the Ministry of Natural Resources Quebec. The indicators were high again in all 18 assay results for REE ( Rare Earth Elements), Gold, Silver and base metals. After careful review of the past assay results the company will proceed to the next phase of the exploration of Shadow Mountain.

New York, Montreal, September 21, 2011 Canwealth Minerals Corporation and partner ICBS Ltd., (OTCPK: ICBT), announced today that its Golden Ridge claim assay results confirm , 40 grams of Gold per ton. Company current deep core drilling program to locate extent of vein.
The Golden Ridge property is located in the Townships of Languedoc and Disson approx. 52 km northwest of Amos Quebec in the prolific Abitibi Greenstone Belt. The claim is 100% owned by Canwealth Minerals Corporation. It is comprised of 4 claim cells totaling 227 hectares or 560 acres. The claim cells are located well within the Abitibi Green Stone belt zone of the Grenville province. This orogenic geological structure is considered a highly favourable site for exploration of gold and copper.
