I appreciate your view and your logic is sound, clearly this is an assumption but it's also a fair assumption given the market has not given VRNG any real credit for an 'agreement in principal'.

If this was material, the market would recognize it friend. Let's not fall back into that trap that many longs fell into prior assuming the 'market didn't get it' , or 'we know better'.

There are many many smart people in this world, who if they saw an opportunity to arb this trade, they would and the price would rise.

It hasn't, that should tell you quite clearly, that the reality is, this settlement will be similar to adt/tyco.
