You made a offer to buy my new shares for a $1.50 a share. Here is what I will take the $1.50 for the new shares, and .50 cents a share for the rights to buy

new shares and .25 cents a share for the old shares I now own after the split.

Call me of e mail me if this will work. This way I will be out of Copper King and the other investors hair.

I want this transaction done through SCOTTRADE.
