This won't be like fte but it will be awhile for WDDD---

Markman says yay or nay to having the "goods" for a trial---

WDDD wins the trial---awarded a dollar figure --eventually.

ATVI says --"So What"---We are appealing----then WDDD shareholders are not looking to 2015 but 2016----maybe.

AND!!!! ATVI has sooooooooooooooo much money from using these patents ----to spend against WDDD----we may never see anything.

There is no need to settle---WDDD is just fly ---irritating but has no bite.
