I got it by saying no to ActiveX and no to scripting. It's most likely ActiveX turned off or no Adobe Flash installed (or old version). I did a refresh after no and Oops still came up... but did a Shift-refresh then answered yes to scripting again but with shift refresh and Oops went away and Toshi Living Room started playing.
