interesting that mid-September has come and gone. It would be hard to see visitors to the claims land since it is really off the beaten path. I think we had to cross one ranch when I was there in Feb. 2013. I do like the fact that, even though we may still be weeks or months from a deal, we may be nearing some signed LOI and that would really be welcomed.

I also still think it is a possibility that something may come out of left field on NPSP.
