With money in the coffers of CTIX, Leo could up list to NYSE if he chooses.

But needs BOD first and a few committees .

Monday or tuesday we hit wall at 2.81 and then retrace a little.
If BOD or up listing PR comes out, we are off to the races.
B unblinding may trigger buy the rumor sell the news.
Either way long horizon looks very promising and thats my reason for holding!!
