Not according to the volume, with very very little been traded.
However the loophole that was closed (April 1st 2004 from memory) was enabling MM's to swap shares between themselves and avoid the timeout where all shares had to be accounted for. The Berlin exchange reopened that loophole.

If an MM trading with another MM would show up as volume. I have no idea....
