I am glad to learn of SEC filing. One more thing that's progressive in favor of EPGL.

Next step is to get a CFO; then check off audited results. This will put us in a stronger position with the markets.

I am still unclear on how EPGL has a role in IoT or VoT because all on this board is our interpretation of what we think this will all mean. No concrete source of revenue has been outlined but we have some good contract(s) and hopefully they are able to monetize off of those.

Year end results will be interesting.

Also I think we need to hear more details either via a conf call / Vegas share holder meeting or something. Time for one in my opinion.
