They're usually very good at what they do and they do it for free to build their portfolio so they can have real world experience under their belt when they graduate.

Add film students, photography students, every specialty you can imagine you can add on as an intern. You can contact universities, speak with the professors for the courses, tell them you're looking for an intern and would like to interview with some of their top students.. and the best part is, it's free. :)
