Was very surprised that in the Pinnacle Digest article, after talking about Overlands continuing losses and high expenses they made this sarcastic comment:

"But don't worry; stock compensation expense was reduced to $4.0 million for fiscal 2014, compared to $4.8 million for fiscal 2013."

That's fine, albeit a bit silly, but what they did not point out was that $4.9M of expenses were ONE TIME EXPENSES related to the Tandberg & Sphere3D mergers. Seems like that would be a much more important point of interest to an investor.
